Welcome to Rocking W - our new "more local" milk provider!
 
No routine antibiotics, no added hormones, no rBHT. Feeding program is designed by a nutritionist to meet the lactation cycle needs of the individual animal. Primarily grass-fed. Do receive a grain supplement. Given a daily vitamin & mineral supplement.
 
Pasteurized at the lowest temperature for shortest time allowed.
 
Packaged in plastic, #2 recycle symbol. Glass would be a great addition, but it's very expensive to set up a production line for glass. Maybe in the future!
 
Note about plastics and BPAs: Bisphenol A (BPA) is not used in all plastics. It is primarily used to make polycarbonate plastic (recycling #7) food and beverage containers, plastic food wrap, some dental sealants, and the epoxy resins that are used to line some metal cans for foods, such as cans of soup. #1, #2, #4 or #5 are safer choices for food. #3 and #6 do not contain BPA, but do contain similar chemicals that you want to avoid.
